Azealia Banks Tells Rihanna to Shut Up and Stop Chastising President Trump

Azealia Banks is going at Rihanna’s neck, after the latter chastised President Trump’s week-long run in office.

Ri Ri was a participant in the pro-women, anti-Trump rallies that took place last week, and the pres’ recent ban on Muslims has the island girl even more upset. “Disgusted! The news is devastating! America is being ruined right before our eyes! What an immoral pig you have to be to implement such BS,” she wrote on Twitter.

Coming to Trump’s defense, Azealia Banks went on a lengthy tirade on Instagram, specifically calling out the pop star and other celebrities.

“YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN AMERICANISM AND THEN TURN AROUND TO CONDEMN IT,” she noted during a long post on Instagram, before setting her sights directly on Rihanna.

“As far as Rihanna (who isn’t a citizen, and can’t vote) and all the rest of the celebrities who are using their influence to stir the public. You lot really need to shut up and sit down,” she wrote. “Stop chastising the president. It’s stupid and pathetic to watch. All of these confused people confuse other confused people. Hoping the president fails is like getting on a plane and hoping the pilot crashes.”

Rihanna has since seemingly clapped back at Banks with some subliminals on Instagram. In one post, she poses for the camera with poked-out lips. The caption reads, “The face you make when you a immigrant.”

In another post, presumably Rihanna sits with an American flag wrapped around her head. She remarks on that photo, “The face you make when you screaming in an empty room.”

As a result, Banks has continued to taunt Grammy-winning crooner, posting more IG videos questioning the singer’s logic.

Banks is clearly in the pro-Trump boat. After stating that she would be down to perform at his inauguration, Banks criticized women who marched against the POTUS last week, and expressed her happiness with the prospects of four more years of the former reality show star.

“Be careful with this women’s march ladies and be careful with mainstream feminism,” she wrote. “Be very very careful. The support white feminism demands from the world is not the same support it gives back. Nothing has happened yet. I’m super duper intuitive and really think he’ll do a great job. I’m very very optimistic,” she added.
