6th Africa International Film Festival (AFRIFF) set for November

Over 100 movies including The CEO, 93 Days, Ojukokoro, Gidi Blues, The Arbitration, Unspoken, and The Wedding ring have been lined up for the 2016 Africa International Film Festival. AFRIFF Executive Director, Chioma Ude, who revealed the line-up for the festival, said Lagos will host the event from November 13 to 20.    Ms. Ude also announced Nate Parker’s Oscar hopeful, The Birth of a Nation and “76” as the opening and closing films during the 6th edition of the festival.  In addition to the wide range of films, Ude said the festival will also offer industry platforms for skill acquisition, financing, pitching, symposia on alternative revenue streams and piracy.
